Refund and Cancellation Policy

However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. In this page, we will outline our refund and cancellation policy to ensure that you are fully aware of our procedures and guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course or program, please contact our admissions office as soon as possible. Depending on the timing of your cancellation request, different policies may apply:

  1. Cancellation before the start of the program/course: If you cancel your enrollment before the start of the program/course, you will be eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.
  2. Cancellation after the start of the program/course: If you cancel your enrollment after the start of the program/course, a pro-rated refund may be available based on the number of sessions attended. The pro-rated refund will be calculated according to the following formula:

(Total Program Fee – (Session Fee x Number of Sessions Attended)) / Total Program Fee x 100%

For example, if a program consists of 10 sessions and you attend 3 sessions before cancelling, the pro-rated refund would be calculated as follows:

(Total Program Fee – (Session Fee x 3)) / Total Program Fee x 100%

Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund based on our cancellation policy, we will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the enrollment fee.

If you paid your enrollment fee using a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid using another method, such as a check or wire transfer, we will issue a refund using the same method.
